PlasticTox policies

Terms of service

The rules and important limits that apply when you use PlasticTox.

Effective August 7, 2026 Plain-language policy

Please read before ordering

Awareness, not diagnosis.

  • PlasticTox is an observational screening service for adult personal awareness and education.
  • Candidate particles are visually consistent with microplastics but are not analytically confirmed polymers.
  • Results cannot diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or predict disease and should not guide medical decisions.
01

Agreement and related policies

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Keep Going Kid LLC, the company that operates PlasticTox and plastictox.vip. In these Terms, “PlasticTox,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Keep Going Kid LLC operating the PlasticTox service. These Terms govern your access to plastictox.vip, our customer portal, collection kits, our lab screening, digital results, educational materials, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By placing an order, registering a kit, submitting a sample, creating or using an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns + Refunds Policy. Any separate informed consent presented during kit registration also applies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or submit a sample.

02

Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may submit only your own sample unless we expressly authorize another arrangement in writing. You represent that order, registration, and sample information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority and consent needed to provide it.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access, following all collection, drying, packaging, and shipping instructions, and using the Service lawfully.

03

What PlasticTox provides

PlasticTox provides an at-home saliva collection kit. Our lab applies staining and observational microscopy to screen the submitted sample for candidate particles visually consistent with microplastics. If the sample is processable, we provide a private digital awareness result and general educational information.

The result estimate of within 72 hours begins only after our lab receives and accepts a processable sample. Transit, collection timing, recollection, quality review, technical issues, and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.

04

Important scientific and medical limits

PlasticTox is not medical care.

The Service is for general personal awareness and education. It is not a diagnosis, medical device claim, medical advice, treatment recommendation, or clinically validated measurement of total exposure or body burden.

  • Candidate particles are identified by observational staining and microscopy and are not analytically confirmed as specific polymers by FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, or another confirmatory chemistry method.
  • A saliva sample is a single point-in-time observation. It does not measure every particle in the body, establish the source of a particle, or prove that a lifestyle change caused a later result.
  • The Service does not test for phthalates, BPA, PFAS, nanoplastics below the method’s observable range, or every chemical associated with plastic.
  • The presence, absence, number, or category of candidate particles does not establish a disease, health risk, prognosis, or safe or unsafe level. The health significance of candidate microplastic particles in saliva has not been established by scientific or medical consensus.
  • Results may vary because of collection, handling, environmental contamination, sample quality, laboratory variability, timing, and other factors.

Do not start, stop, or change medication, diet, treatment, or other health decisions based on the Service. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms or medical concerns. The Service is not for emergencies; call 911 or your local emergency service if you may be experiencing one.

Statements about PlasticTox have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. PlasticTox is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

06

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any separately charged shipping will be shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the total displayed.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for inventory, payment, suspected fraud, legal or shipping restrictions, obvious pricing errors, or misuse. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the canceled amount.

Promotions may have separate terms and may not be combined. Bundle savings are based on the prices displayed when ordered. Shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds are governed by the linked policies and applicable law.

07

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • submit another person’s sample without our written authorization and all legally required consent;
  • use a result to diagnose, treat, discriminate against, threaten, insure, employ, or make eligibility decisions about anyone;
  • misrepresent a result as clinically validated, medically diagnostic, or analytically confirmed;
  • interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, introduce malicious code, access another account, or misuse portal or laboratory systems;
  • resell, counterfeit, alter, or use an expired kit, return label, report, or service without authorization;
  • use PlasticTox names, reports, imagery, or content unlawfully or in a way that implies endorsement.
08

Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy and Consumer Health Data Policy explains our data practices and your choices. Electronic systems and shipping networks carry unavoidable risks; no method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a secure device, protecting login links and credentials, and reviewing results away from people you do not want to see them.

09

Intellectual property and feedback

The Service—including its site design, text, graphics, trademarks, software, reports, and educational content—is owned by PlasticTox or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use your result and the Service for personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may retain a copy of your own report. You may not reproduce or commercialize our templates, methods, branding, or content, remove notices, or create a derivative service without permission. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but this does not authorize us to use identifiable sample data outside the Privacy Policy.

10

Our lab and third-party services

We use independent providers for laboratory operations, commerce, payments, shipping, hosting, communications, and related functions. Their availability may affect the Service. Links to independent websites are provided for convenience and are governed by those parties’ terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms creates a doctor-patient, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and PlasticTox, our lab, or another provider.

11

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PLASTICTOX DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; THAT A SAMPLE WILL ALWAYS BE PROCESSABLE; THAT A RESULT WILL IDENTIFY EVERY CANDIDATE PARTICLE; OR THAT A RESULT WILL MATCH ANOTHER SAMPLE, LABORATORY, METHOD, OR TIME POINT. THIS SECTION DOES NOT DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY WE MAKE IN WRITING OR ANY WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

12

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEP GOING KID LLC, PLASTICTOX, AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A PARTICULAR ORDER OR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PLASTICTOX FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by legally actionable misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Keep Going Kid LLC and PlasticTox harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, submission of another person’s sample without authority, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim resulted from our own legally actionable conduct.

14

Suspension, changes, and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service, but changes will not eliminate remedies required for an already-paid order.

We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, but we will obtain express consent when law requires it.

15

Disputes and general terms

Before filing a claim, please email plastictox.vip@gmail.com with a concise description and requested resolution so both sides can try in good faith to resolve it informally. This does not extend a legal deadline or prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a lawful small-claims process.

These Terms and any dispute are governed by applicable United States federal law and the law that a court with lawful jurisdiction determines applies, without depriving you of mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction. Claims may be brought only in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Service, except for an applicable order confirmation or separate informed consent.
